Start Date: 18th May 2012
End Date: 22nd Jul 2012
UKCC Level 2 builds on skills learnt in Level 1 and develops a deeper understanding of football coaching
The Level 2 course introduces new themes such as looking at different coaching styles, preparing for accidents and emergencies and understanding players' nutritional needs. This is still an open entry course, although we do recommend that those taking part without the Level 1 qualification do have relevant coaching experience. Following a period of practice after the course, there is a further assessment of practical coaching ability and oral questions on performance, knowledge and understanding.
Candidates will be expected to attend a Safeguarding Children Workshop in order to qualify for the Final Assessments. To attend a workshop candidates will need to contact Mark Bright (Football Development Administrator) on 01622 792 140 or emial mark.bright@kentfa.com
